Sustainability
Sustainable living and our impact on the environment around us are close to our hearts at That Home.

In undertaking our refurbishment operations, we are aware of the impact our works can have on the environment and take measures to reduce this.

We always add at least one feature to improve the environmental performance of That Home we produce. This will reduce energy costs in That Home and decrease CO2 emissions to the environment.

Improved energy performance and sustainable features may include the following:
-
High performance insulation products installed to floor, wall, or ceiling voids.
-
Thermal insulation applied to solid wall structures.
-
Glazing with improved thermal efficiency
-
Replacement boiler with improved efficiency
-
Ground or air sourced heat pumps
-
High efficiency appliances
-
Solar power
-
Cement replacement in concrete
-
Reclaimed wood and metal.
-
Mycoboard (sustainable particle board)
